Ross Levin is a business and technology executive who has over 20 years of hands-on experience in Business and Technology Management, Product Development, and Project and Program Management, having held multiple leadership positions in the financial industry.
Up until recently, Ross was a Managing Director and Head of Product Development at US Tiger Securities and its sister company, TradeUP Securities.

Prior to Tiger Securities, Ross Levin was a Managing Director and Head of PMO as well as Head of Technology for the Global Clearing and Securities Finance division of Cowen where he was brought in to build securities finance and self-clearing capabilities from the ground up.

Prior to joining Cowen, Ross was a Business & Product Development Director at Pleeco Inc., a financial technology company that develops a Financial Resource Management technology platform that helps broker-dealers optimize their balance sheet, cash, capital, funding, and collateral
Prior to Pleeco, Ross was the Head of Business Architecture for the Prime Services division of Itau BBA where he was brought in to develop and build Prime Services business from scratch.

Prior to Itau, Ross was at the Royal Bank of Scotland for 12 years, holding multiple high-profile positions including Head of Operations IT, Head of Equities IT and, most recently, Head of Product Development for the RBS Prime Services division.
